Who are our clients?

The clients are tenants in their own accommodation and are responsible for their own rent, clothing and living allowances. Fairfields housing enables older people to live with maximum independence while being able to have access to the services they need.

Fairfields has an agreement with an assisted living service provider. Up to twenty-four residents may be eligible for assisted living services based on the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care criteria.

Fairfields will meet the needs for senior couples and individuals from this area and other areas. Fairfields offers independent living as well as additional assisted living services in an attractive, secure, modern facility.
