How do I begin?

Any senior can apply to become a resident of Fairfields. Applicants can pick up application forms at Fairfields' office or request one by mail or by telephone. They can also arrange to take a tour and to view apartments. Part of the admitting process is participating in an interview to make sure Fairfields can meet each client's needs.

Clients who request assisted living services must also be interviewed by the Assisted Living Service Provider to determine whether they are eligible and must have an Ontario Health Insurance Card (OHIP).

In general, Seniors eligible for assisted living services have a need for personal care and 24-hour on site support.
